Important – Order Process Update
We are working to streamline the fulfilment of the Brewline Order process and have many developments in the pipeline for 2024. Whilst ordering of goods will continue to be improved & updated in 2024, the initial change for most online customers will that a pro-forma invoice will be the only method of payment. Credit Card transactions will not longer be handled.
After placing an order in the usual manner, you will receive by email a pro-forma invoice. Once this invoice is returned and payment has cleared, the goods will be dispatched.
Account customers are unaffected by this change and should continue to use the site as before. If you are not an account customer but would like to enquire further about this service, please click here for more information and download the Application Form.

Add your items into the basket in the normal manner.
On checkout, select
Click submit to send your order to our sales team
We will send you a proforma invoice by return
Please complete this and return it to us
Once payment has cleared, goods will be dispatched

Delivery FAQs
Where can I get my order delivered to?
Products on Brewline can be delivered to your home or alternative address within mainland UK.
Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may be subjected to additional delivery charges and / or slightly longer delivery times.
Please note: we are able to deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. Contact us for more details.
How much does it cost?
For of orders which do NOT include any lengths of tubing:
Next Day carriage: £17.50
Next day before noon: £20.00
Collection in person: FOC
Orders which include lengths of tubing:
Tube carriage: £30.00
Collection in person: FOC
All prices quoted are net (before tax)

Risk of the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Delivery times quoted can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
